Rush Limbaugh's 26th Annual Leukemia & Lymphoma Cure-A-Thon Raises More Than $3.3 Million Dollars

LOS ANGELES, April 11, 2016 – On Friday, April 8, The Rush Limbaugh Show held its 26th annual on-air Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Cure-A-Thon.  Mr. Limbaugh dedicated portions of his three-hour nationally syndicated radio program to encourage listeners to join the effort to find a cure for leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma, and to improve the quality of life for patients and their families.

On-air and online donations increased 15% over last year with the 2016 Cure-A-Thon raising more than $3.3 million dollars.  Over the past 26 years, Mr. Limbaugh and his audience have collectively raised more than $47 million dollars for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, helping provide much-needed research and support for individuals and families affected by blood cancer diseases.
