iHeartCountry and Premiere Networks Offer Multiplatform Coverage of 2018 CMA Awards
NASHVILLE, Tenn., November 12, 2018 – ¬ iHeartCountry and Premiere Networks will once again offer unparalleled, multiplatform coverage of “The 52nd Annual CMA Awards,” bringing the excitement of Country Music’s Biggest Night™ to millions of Country music fans across the U.S.
Leading up to the CMA Awards on November 14, all 132 iHeartCountry stations and Premiere Networks’ industry-leading lineup of national Country radio programs – The Bobby Bones Show, CMT After MidNite with Cody Alan, CMT Radio Live with Cody Alan and The Crook and Chase Countdown – will feature interviews with Country music’s biggest stars from November 12 - 14, providing promotional support and driving tune-in for the CMA Awards with millions of listeners nationwide. iHeartCountry stations’ digital and social platforms will also support the event with behind-the-scenes stories, photos and videos from the red carpet and backstage at the CMA Awards with all the winners and presenters.
Additionally, The Bobby Bones Show’s Amy Brown will provide iHeartCountry mainstream stations with live updates from the red carpet leading up to show time. The award-winning, Nashville-based personality will kick off the broadcast at 4 p.m. CT on November 14 as all the nominees and presenters head into Bridgestone Arena in Nashville.
Premiere Networks will also provide a live radio simulcast of the star-studded CMA Awards show co-hosted by Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood. The live radio broadcast of the ABC Network Television telecast will air across nearly 80 iHeartCountry radio stations nationwide from 8 to 11 p.m. ET on November 14.
