LOS ANGELES, October 8, 2026 – FOX Sports Radio (FSR), a division of Premiere Sports Network providing 24/7 live programming, today announced the launch of “Who We Are: Penn State,” the first podcast in the new “Who We Are” alumni-focused podcast franchise, hosted by FOX Sports Radio host and former Penn State All-American linebacker LaVar Arrington. Presented by Penn State Alumni Association, the new podcast launches today, October 8, on Arrington’s Up On Game Podcast Network, which is distributed by iHeartPodcasts.
Produced by FOX Sports Radio and Arrington's media company DisruptU PSU, “Who We Are” will feature university-specific editions in partnership with alumni associations nationwide. The inaugural installment, “Who We Are: Penn State,” brings remarkable alumni back to where their stories began. Hosted by Arrington, a College Football Hall of Famer, each two-part conversation goes beyond résumés and accomplishments to explore the experiences, relationships, turning points, and lessons that shaped who they became. Through candid conversations with distinguished Nittany Lion graduates, the podcast celebrates the people behind the university’s legacy and the connections that continue long after graduation.
“I’m really excited about this opportunity with iHeartRadio to deliver alumni-focused content, and create a platform to share and celebrate these incredible stories,” said Arrington. “Penn State helped shape the person I am today, so it’s especially meaningful to launch this franchise with my alma mater. We look forward to expanding the series to more schools and alumni communities across the country soon.”
“Who We Are: Penn State” is distributed by iHeartPodcasts. New episodes will be published throughout football season and will be available on the iHeartRadio app and everywhere podcasts are heard.
