LOS ANGELES, April 1, 2025 -  Premiere Networks and Amy Brown, co-host of iHeartMedia’s CMA and ACM Award-winning Country radio program “The Bobby Bones Show, announced today a rebrand of the popular 4 Things with Amy Brown” podcast.  Effective today, April 1, the Nashville Podcast Network program with nearly 27 million downloads to date will be relaunched as “Feeling Things with Amy & Kat,” marking the addition of licensed therapist and podcaster Kat Van Buren as a full-time co-host. The first new episode is available now on the iHeartRadio app or wherever podcasts are heard.

No stranger to the “4 Things” podcast audience, Van Buren has been featured on Brown’s weekly “5th Thing” bonus episode for the past four years, in addition to hosting her own “You Need Therapy” podcast on the Amy Brown Podcast Network. “Feeling Things with Amy & Kat” aims to be a place where nothing is off-limits. These two friends will have real conversations about real feelings. From deep reflections on childhood, to pop culture obsessions, to what’s happening in the world, all feelings will have a seat at the table - big, small, awkward, joyful, confusing, and everything in between.

“I want to thank all the listeners who have joined us on this journey,” said Brown. “I launched ‘4 Things’ in 2018, and this feels like a natural evolution of what we’ve been building together. Kat and I are so excited to welcome listeners as we continue having honest, curious, and real conversations about anything and everything.”

“As a therapist, I’ve loved talking about mental health in a way that’s relatable and easy to apply to everyday life,” said Van Buren. “Hosting ‘You Need Therapy’ was such a meaningful experience, but when Amy and I started talking about teaming up, it just felt right. Our friendship has always been built on deep, meaningful (and sometimes ridiculous) conversations, and ‘Feeling Things’ is a natural evolution of that - a space where we explore all the things that make us human, together.”

New episodes of “Feeling Things with Amy & Kat” will be available Tuesdays and Thursdays on iHeartRadio and everywhere podcasts are heard. Fans can follow @FeelingThingsPodcast on social media and participate in the show by emailing HeyThere@FeelingThingsPodcast.com.

With nearly 100 million downloads to date, Bobby Bones’ Nashville Podcast Network is an eclectic collection of podcasts from a variety of Nashville-savvy hosts, giving listeners an inside look at the lifestyle and pop culture in Nashville. The network is home to Bones’ popular “BobbyCast,” which has more than 40 million downloads, as well as “In The Vet’s Office with Dr. Josie Horchak," “Take This Personally with Morgan Huelsman,” “Sore Losers,” “Get Real with Caroline Hobby,” and “Movie Mike’s Movie Podcast” with Mike Deestro.
