LOS ANGELES, September 26, 2017 – The Johnjay & Rich Show’s Johnjay Van Es brought some rescue puppies from his #LovePup Foundation to the 2017 iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas this past weekend.  Performers including Miley and Noah Cyrus, Lorde, Macklemore, Thomas Rhett and French Montana gathered backstage at the T-Mobile Arena to mix and mingle with the puppies. Noah Cyrus adopted one of the puppies, which she documented on Instagram and asked fans to help name him.

People magazine reported on all the #LovePup fun at the music festival. Click here to check out the story and more photos of the music stars interacting with the puppies.  Additional photos can be found on Johnjay Van Es’ Instagram feed.

An extension of the #LoveUp movement and foundation, the #LovePup Foundation raises funds and awareness for rescue dogs through the sale of #LovePup T-shirts and special events.  To date, JohnJay and his family have fostered more than 500 rescue dogs, helping them find forever homes via social media.  #LovePup has garnered support from many celebrities, including Selena Gomez, Zedd and Enrique Iglesias.

About #LoveUp
#LoveUp is an accidental movement started by Johnjay Van Es, after auto correct changed his friend’s text from “love it” to “love up,” and the phenomenon was born. Started as a social media campaign to remind people to pay it forward and spread the love, the #LoveUp Foundation was then created as a nonprofit organization that primarily provides assistance to foster care programs. Sponsorships and proceeds from the sale of #LoveUp T-shirts raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for the #LoveUp Foundation. Visit www.loveupfoundation.org for more information.  In 2015, the #LoveUp Foundation was expanded to the #LovePup Foundation, which raises funds and awareness for rescue dogs.
